A It may be caused by contamination of the storage and transportation container or residue in the pipeline. It is recommended to replace the dedicated gas cylinder immediately, purge the pipeline before use, and contact us to provide purity re-inspection service, and adjust the supply plan if necessary.
Q How to solve the gas leakage at the connection of the valve accessories?

Check whether the sealing ring is aging or improperly installed, and re-tighten the threaded interface. If the problem persists, free replacement service is provided, and engineers are arranged to test the pipeline pressure and compatibility on site.
Q The chromatographic standard gas detection data fluctuates greatly. How to troubleshoot?

Confirm whether the standard gas is within the validity period and check whether the gas cylinder pressure reducing valve is matched. It is recommended to calibrate the instrument synchronously. If it is still abnormal, the standard gas can be sent to a third-party agency for re-testing, and we will bear the re-testing fee.
Q CEMS standard gas is incompatible with the monitoring equipment. How to deal with it?
